TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU AND GREEN LANTERN PIZZA AGREE THAT ALL DISPUTES SHALL BE RESOLVED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS ONLY. YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT, CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION, OR ANY OTHER REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING AGAINST GREEN LANTERN PIZZA. This class action waiver is an essential element of this dispute resolution provision, and if found unenforceable, the entire arbitration clause shall be rendered null and void.
